Design Wall Monday 12-04-17

Wild Child quilt top was finished yesterday which means that I am two days ahead of schedule.  Yeah!  It is still going to be a race to get all the projects finished that I want to by the end of the year, but I am trying.

I like how the inner and outer border corral all the wildness of the blocks.  It measures 76″ x 92″ and looks much better than the photograph.  Wild Child has been a long term leader/ender project and I am so happy to have it completed.

There was also time yesterday afternoon to get the binding sewn down on one of the quilts that was machine quilted over the Thanksgiving weekend.  Now I have a hand sewing project to work on while watching a bit of TV at the end of the day.

Check out all the other quilting inspiration at Judy’s Design Wall Monday.

A finished top is fantastic! I am really loving the leader and ender’s process. It is amazing what you can get done between other sewing! Hand sewing a binding down is one of my favorite things to do. Thanks for sharing!
